Pros
The headrest adjusts up and down, with tilting in place. The lumbar support is nice you can adjust it. However, i have longer than normal legs/arms and so my torso is probably shorter than average.

Talk about a disaster trying to move a 75lb box thats falling apart from your house to inside ups
People significantly shorter than this might just want to get the version without the headrest the raynor energy competition not the plus

Personally mesh or cloth is much better than leather as i run warm and leather can get sweatysticky
