The shea butter is exactly what i expected raw unrefined ivory shea butter and the cost is reasonable for what i purchase

Having bought 5lbs bulk shea butter before this packaging was a nice improvement at a good price

I love the texture the way it glades on my skin and the packaging is perfect

I couldnt find any holes in the mailer so im pretty sure it had the knick when the order was put together

So happy with my raw shea butter i did filter it thru a chesse cloth but very little particles but worth doing for the price
