These are sweetened with cane sugar, sugarcane reb m and monk fruit extract. The peanut butter bars have a good texture and there are actually 12 of these protein bars in the box.
Cons
Thank you for contacting us, and we are sorry to hear that you did not enjoying the reformulated bars. It has a very strange (chalk-like) after-taste. This gives the bar a much drier, powdery texture. It leaves a bitter, clingy feeling behind.
Although safe, chicory root fiber is often considered to be a cheap filler ingredient. Steviol glycosides cheapen products past the tipping point. New recipe includes synthetic sugar and eliminated chia seeds.
