This is unacceptable and poor customer service and amazon claims to have a 100 satisfaction guarantee returnrefundreplacement policy which is failed due to fact that when i went to appclick on item to request returnrefundreplacement there is no option to and system states item cannot be returnedtoo late expired before 30days mar8apr3
