Pros
Good as a multivitamin and for everyday healthcare needs. My intuitive gut instinct is that it has provided a sense of well-being. Tried this brand as recommended by a nutritionist for quality.
Both my husband and i have osteoarthritis and this oil is proving very effective in reducing the inflammation naturally. My stomach is more settled too no gassy feeling or cramps and the * of my eyes are brighter.
Cons
Tasted watered down in fact. Quality is quite inferior compared to some of the egyptian bottles. Maybe stick to the egyptian cold pressed one.
