Granted the quality is extremely low but they do the job

For this lowpriced set 2 10ft stands a 12ft cross bar and bag the build quality was very good

Product literature clearly states that sag is normal and will occur

I shipping was good and no damage

Shipping was quick and the price difference between my old one and this ravelli is only about 2030 more but so much stronger and sturdy

12ravelli has contacted me and offered to send a replacement and also provided a prepaid shipping label to send back the defective stands

The complete kit out of the shipping box is under 16 lbs

Packaging/appearance

A recommend you glue the foot pads on the stands they gradually slip off after numerous usage

I am using it so far with prism 6x10 backdrops so i have not extended it horizontally as far as it can go

The set comes with a heavyduty zippered bag with separate compartments for the stands and the crossbar
