Pros & Cons
Pros
This is the best dial i've seen for steaming milk for latte/cappucino. The dial is very big and easy to read, and has the optimal foaming temperature marked in green. Have used it while brewing espresso.
This thermometer adjusts much quicker than the one i purchased from a local grocery store. Easy to calibrate. Arrived and was calibrated correctly.
Thermometer is just right for my 20 oz ss frothing pitcher. Works well with a 20 oz straight-sided jug, but my 12 oz espro is a challenge due to the way the jug tapers in at the top.
Cons
Since about 2016-ish, they have been plagued by terrible quality/production issues. A really slow response time makes it difficult for checking your milk froth temp. Already sticking and giving inaccurate results.
Highlights
Quality
Quality seems very good and seems to be very accurate and quick to respond to temperature changes
Its nice that it comes with the calibration tool
Packaging/appearance
The only drawback for me is the way the thermometer clips on to the jug
I grips the thermometer very tightly you have to squeeze the top 2 metal pieces together to twist or remove the thermometer from the clip
The thermometer was accurate out of the box
Competitiveness
Attaches easily to my 20oz milk frothing pitcher
Stays off the bottom of both my 12oz and 20oz container while im steaming

To be honest i dont use it much now

The needle is loose and moves whenever the thermometer is bumped

You can get the needle to wander around the dial by very lightly tapping the thermometer on the counter

Thus it will not stay calibrated and the temperature readout is worthless
