Pros
The buckle itself lasts a very long time, so only the belt part needs replacing. Most cars even have faux leather these days. I purchase this product to replace the original belt that was cracking.
Easy to customize length - easy to attach buckle. Small increments of tightening/loosening (about 1/4 ) allows it to be much more comfortable than the average belt with holes placed at 1 inch increments.
Cons
Even though the included instructions tell you to measure i didn't. This belt is for dress only. The belt is junk. Buy the original mission belt and not the knock off.
This belt lasts only about six months. I buy a new item every two to three weeks and return the trimmed one because technically they are defective.

The old belt was not real leather and did not last very well as the clamp on the buckle chewed up the end of the belt so that it needed to be cut back and the belt itself twisted out of shape

I needed to shave a little off the belt to fit the eye buckle
