Bought this case quite several months ago now purchased it with the intentions of setting up another pi finally got around to it and the aluminum or whatever metal is used actually traps the heat makes my pi much hotter than my one in a plastic case hope you have better luck was missing hardware this case is very well made and does a good job of shedding heat from the rpi
