Pros
Much better than microwaved mac & cheese, potentially quicker than stovetop. Sometimes things boil over, but so far this lovely little bowl hasn’t boiled over at 80%. Bought for grand daughter to cook pasta in microwave without using the stove.
The thickness, sturdiness, and heat resistance is perfect. They are very sturdy and easy to clean.

Cons
Makes a sticky, goopy mess. Way too chewy. More gloppy. If you add more water it overflowed. Tasted * and rubbery.
Even after a dozen attempts to get it right, the pasta still turns out undercooked. The pasta is sticky and very starchy.
Cooking on a stove there is more water and rinsing the water out leeches the box taste out of the noodles. You still have to get out a drainer if you want something edible.

Boxed mac and cheese is one of those things but the usual boil carry hot pan to the sink to drain carry hot pan back to stove to add the rest of the ingredients was often too daunting for him on his own

We have stopped eating the easy mac because it just isnt very good now with as easy as it was to make easy mac we can have a full box of maccheese in 5 min or less

I adjusted the directions to 2m30s the first time stir then 2m30s the second time as well
