Pros

Cement fiberboard is tough stuff and you need diamond coated to be able to handle it for most cutting tools. It drills easily through wood and drywall. Cut the holes cleanly through 3/4” fir.

Cons

You have to tighten the 3” bit down on the drill it piece. The drill flies off when i try to use it. After 10 minutes of drilling out holes in 3 diameter pvc pipe (8 holes total) the bit bent about 45 degrees.
