Pros
Installation takes a fair amount of time. This is when you can make sure it is aligned and rout the rest of the way. A rotary tool with a router attachment works well for this. I wish they came with a stencil or *.
Cons
These hinges are junk. It's too difficult to find which router guides will work for these. In addiiton this style of hinge is a pain to install.

They are a high quality product and when done correctly become a beautiful part of your furniture
I suggest substituting them with same size high quality stainless steel
The quality of these hinges is very good
My one complaint isnt about the hinge but instead is about the screws shipped with the hinges

A little loose but a good price

Soss style hinges are expensive but these were much better priced than the competition

As someone else said the heads on the screws are too big for the countersink holes

One had its long pin fall out of one side

After installation the surrounding wood prevents these pins from coming out
