Pros & Cons
Pros
Garret florent a phd at rainguard is very knowledgeable and helpful. This thing is magic. Incredible how easily water just beads right up. Highly recommended. Garret.
Power washing will protect from further brick mortar deterioration and cracking. Works well - had overspray on the driveway from tire polish which sealed the concrete in crescent moon shapes.
The formula is quite thin and sprayed super well in my general yard sprayer. Used two coats with second coat before first dried. Used * sprayer the pressure kind. Then used squeeze mop to spread out any puddles.
Gallons for two coats of 1300 sq. Ft of broom finished concrete. Gallons for a triple driveway. Gallons of this to seal a sidewalk and small porch. Effectively 1000 sq ft.
