Pros

No problem with this product detaching from the downspout. Plastic seems pretty thick and durable. Will know better in a few months regarding the durability.

The rainguard unrolls according to how hard it's raining. During a heavy down pour it un rolls all the way. It is the pressure of the column of water in the downspout that makes it unroll.

Inch gutter that runs of about 75 lin. Keeps concrete slab from being too moist.

Water stays inside the material and it does not roll back up. It does roll-out and retract, but the seams are extremely weak. Never fully unrolls, i have to do it manually to flush out the water. Doesn't always roll back properly.
