I have historical data since may 1st and it won't delete. Took about 15 minutes to get setup with comed. Got it with my regular mailman the next day.

If you are techie to read the raw data in windows, plug the device usb into a port on your pc. Download and print the user’s manual from the rainforest website. The rainforest automation website is well documented and available to everyone.

Pge restricts solar customers from seeing their pricing/expenses for day to day activities, this also applies to real time energy monitoring with a unit such as this. It seems to lose connection to the meter on a daily basis.

    Log into your account put in the mac and install numbers on the back of the unit and within seconds the unit linked up
