My normal hair is medium to light brown with reddish highlights, and about 10% white-gray. I like the color brown which blends on my brown skin. My white hair turns blondish and looks like natural highlights.
The smell is not great but it’s a natural color and does not hurt skin. It has a distinctive smell like a dried leaves but still like it because it does not stink. Will be messy, feels like warm mudd, smells like matcha green tea.
For my afro and semi-coarse 4b/4c hair this lasts about 7 to 8 weeks before my gray starts to peek through. But the darkness fades faster than the henna so it needs to be done more often to keep it dark.
My hair is softer and stronger after just one henna treatment. My hair already feels and looks way less damaged than before. No more chemical hair color allergies for me.
Cons
It is toxic to the liver because of antagonism to the essential amino acid arginine, with which it competes. Was very gritty and hard to apply.
Total disappointment. A waste of my money. This product is trash!

So i used the medium brown henna added 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar hot extra thick coffee put a hoteltype disposable shower cap and left on for 2 hours
