Pros

It is so refreshing to have a company honor its promise to a consumer without hassle! Nice auto open and close function, pretty sturdy. It’s sturdy and well made and i adore the blue sky lining it always makes me smile on a gloomy day.

Cons

Tried a few times and got no e-mail conformation. Have emailed twice, it's supposed to be replaced for free, no one seems to have the time to reply to me.
