Pros

Blue sky lining makes me smile on a gloomy day. Fits in the glove compartment. My only con is that once it collapses, it's not easy to get the handle to retract & lock back in place.

It is so refreshing to have a company honor its promise to a consumer without hassle! Just purchased 2 units again in august 2021. Also they have an amazing customer service her/his name is carroll!

Cons

First time i used it on a semi-windy day one of nine arms just snapped apart. Never inverted in the wind.

When i try to close or open it, it just stays shut. Manually pushing the top up would not keep the top open either. You have to be gentle because the attaching strings and umbrella material are very thin and appear they could rip easily.

Another plusthe day after it arrived i found my lost umbrella

I messaged them to get a replacement and i got it within a day

Unfortunately the replacement jammed after a few months and again a replacement arrived quickly
