Wifi connection is not very reliable. I have a range extender that is much closer, but it will not connect to that no matter what i do. Tried with my android tablet and same problem.

The reason i am writing this before contacting their tech support is because they don't have an email address. Calls to tech support are useless.
The app is bad. The iphone app is also mediocre at best. The app says i have a good wifi signal. However the app (apple ios) is very poor.
