Pros & Cons
Pros
Easy to install and easy to use. Has all the parts necessary to co er a de ent amount of space. Would recommend to anyone with a decent sized garden.
Enough parts for 8 planters. Only downside is that i do not know how to temporarily close one of them since one of my planters is self-watering and doesn't need as much water as the rest of them. If you install a 2 gallon/hour emitter but realize that... Read More
The included 1/4 inch tubing is a huge amount of tubing.
Cons
Rain bird's quality control is terrible and their product engineers need a remedial basic algebra course. Instructions are totally useless. Struggled with it for the last couple of hours.
After spending several hours setting up the system i turn on the water and nothing comes out of any of the branched lines. The barbed t fittings are not open. The threading is terrible not near long enough nor thick enough to grab to the metal spike.
No takers here the second time around. Not worth the hassle again to return. What a shame.
Tubes are clogged. Parts missing no straight connectors. No 't' connector. No cross or elbow.
Go there buy the orbit or dig branded stuff. See my review of orbit 69500 92 piece assortment kit for example.

One much needed upgrade is a bigger better line puncture tool

The one included is small awkward to use and hurts your hand as u make multiple attempts to push it through the hose and it keeps slipping out of your hand instead of punching the hole

Not what u need when youre balancing on one foot with your face in an evergreen bush getting stabbed in the arm by rose thorns with sweat streaming into your eyes
