Pros

Bought this to replace old broken sprinkler. I always like to have a few extras on hand for when and old one inevitably turns into a geyser. The heads are adjustable so you get the exact angle you need for precise watering.

Only reason this gets 4 out of 5 is that the distance is dramatically lowered once you cover a bigger area. Switched from 4 inch toro to this six inch. It functions well and covers a huge area of my lawn.

Cons

Received 1800 generic heads with separate nozzles in plastic bag. Rain bird needs to recall them and redesign them. This is pointless if you can't adjust the spray distance.

The 1800 series adjustable sprinkler heads are completely unusable. Half the water evaporate or get blown away in when there is a light wind. The spring used is a bit too long/strong imo.
