Pros

Arrived carefully packaged. I'm very happy with the product and highly recommend. This company believes in good customer service too!

This soap dispenser is reasonably heavy. The glass bottom is thick and heavy enough that tipping over is unlikely. The pump feels super sturdy and i'm not worried it's going to break.

Cons

It now has an actual hole in the “metal’ that surrounds the tube on the dispenser.
