The packaging is the same a black plastic bag and inside a normal brown amazon box the plastic bag on mine was torn near the tip most likely from handling during the journey from china but charlie was unharmed

The head is pronounced just right and is just slightly smaller in diameter than the shaft at 2

This just like all the other offbrand lifelike materials i would suspect is only safe with water based lubricants
