Pros & Cons

Pros

Heavy, but very manageable. Very affordable. Most bang for your buck.

Using a digital thermometer, my living room area under this radiant guard is now almost the same temp as the rest of the house. After installing, we had a string of 95 degree, high humidity days in the northeast.

Nashua extreme weather foil tape. Working around the rafter beams is a bit difficult. Highly recommend using an electric stapler to install and to install in the cooler months.

The material is very tough and will not tear. It's resistant to ripping, but if i mis-stapled a corner, i can pry it up and re-staple. A utility knife works fine, but you have more control with the scissors.

The material is extremely durable and pulled taught while stapling without concerns. Easy to handle and extremely hardy.
