I usually extend it to an additional 10mins so after 40mins you are sweating excessively

The problem is that the hot plates at the sides of the sauna may touch your clothskin which may burn beware of that while using this

If you place a towel around the neck hole when in the unit and dont open the arm holes it gets very hot and after 30 minutes im dripping with sweat

I gave it a four star since it is offgassing so badly i have to use a respirator to sit in it

The only downfall in this sauna is that it takes longer to sweat in it than in a steam sauna which gets so hot that you have to come out every 15 minutes maximum cause it burns

The chair is not very comfortable but you only need to sit on for 30 minutes
