Pros

Replaced a 20-yr old ballast for a ceiling mount dual circular fluorescent fixture. Saved money on hiring an electrician.

Quick shipping, easy to install. Thank goodness this is a replaceable item!

Very happy with prompt delivery. Delivery as promised. Worked perfectly to fix it.

Cons

It makes a very noticeable humming noise when the light is turned on. Another quality issue has to do with its loose connector. I have to use tape to make sure the connection to light bulb is tight and secured.
