Knives glide through just about anything, so be careful! They are very sharp and slice well. It sharpens the knives like razors. Their sharpener is easy to use, as well. They sharpen very well.

The cheese knife and the tomato knife are top notch. As is the butcher knife, the paring knives, and the bread knife. They are good for cutting up my veggie.
