Pros

It is very sturdy and does not tip at all. Sturdy with easy on/off access for (2) 10' kayaks and paddles.

The instructions are super clear and in a large font with diagrams which made assembly simple. Replacement was shipped out immediately.

This rack is a fantastic value for the price! This product is awesome.

Cons

The nuts appear to have been glued on with several dabs of glue each. There were multiple minor a bolt with bent threads, a chipped washer, one of the zip ties holding on a nylon layer on had broken, bent attachment points.

Also rust already after 1 wk of rain. I think it will rust heavily in the next couple years.

Very disappointing. Recommend you shop around for other options that might be better built" "don't buy.

I am very impressed with how well made it is and the ease of assembly

The crossbar is not adjustable it is three pieces that bolt together it does not telescope to adjust

It is awkward and heavy to move once it is put together

Great price for a product to keep my kayaks off the garage floor

I got it because it was one of the most affordable options

But it was affordable and it does what i need it to do

Couldn’t have built something for the price

Packaging/appearance

Amazing packaging all hardware separated nuts and washers already attached to correct bolt

All of the parts were nicely wrapped and protected

Having the bolts washers and nuts in separate packaging for the different steps in the assembly was a time saver

Was in one box that was easy to lift

Competitiveness

Not very happy as nearest hardware store is a 30 minute drive
