The only substantial complaint i have is regarding the delivery “guaranteed saturday” out of the blue became “guaranteed monday” and despite the costliness of the unit “no signature required” was written into the fedex work order

You can replace just the hepa filter if i am not mistaken but again this is not an option on amazon

The filters are a bit timeconsuming to replace as they come individually wrapped and actually there is a lot of plastic waste when you change filters
