Pros
It is nutritious and filling without sacrificing flavor. The flavoring is very precise. I like the flavor - protein powders can have a chalky texture, this one does not.

Cons
R1's supposed strawberry cream flavor is disgusting, it's horrible. Not recommendable. Mostly a cream flavor with artificial strawberry. No cardboard seal under the cap.
It literally tastes like perfume. Way to much artificial sweetener.

I have had 4 of the other flavors in this line and they are all great, but this one is grossly artificial tasting.

Has a slushy consistency when blended with ice, tastes really great, just like an orange creamsicle.
