The qwick trim brisket and meat trimmer is excellent … it trims perfectly…. The angle of the blade makes for precise trimming without fear of slicing your hands. Makes trimming a brisket easy.
Does a fantastic job at trimming the fat and saves me a lot of time and effort. Slides effortlessly along the side of meat, trimming just the fat that you want to trim. Handles the fat with ease.
Just got around to prepping a pork roast for my *. It’s a game changer! We entertain and smoke a lot of meat. The qwick trim is a must have tool for the bbq cook.
Cons
Worked very well trimming a brisket but dulled noticeably after just one. The pulling motion is much harder on your wrist, so this is not in any way an ergonomic advantage.
