Its never easy to know if these sort of supplements actually help you or not i take multiple things that i take daily and just hope theyre doing something and it costs alot so this is just one that i had to cut out perhaps 10 years from now maybe my bloodwork would show a reason to get back to using it as this is mainly something for people 60
