The mega is a must if you are older and your body doesn't absorb the cheaper forms as well. It is a much better product than the new black label bottle that claims 3 x better absorption (but not superior).
Cons
Amazon does not issue refunds for these types of products. Do not buy. Buy at costco.

When this familiar red bottle formula was replaced by the black bottle 34update34 earlier this year i did not compare their labels closely enough

I began getting thinner blood and bleeding from cuts or plucking an eyebrow hair more easily
