Once youve got it synced up everytime you turn the controller on it connects within 3 seconds or so

You just press and hold the button on the usb for about 2 seconds until the light flashes then do the same to the controller

Id previously used the microsoft version in the same pc so ended up removing all drivers uninstall and then let it auto install win 10 worked fine after that

As for the comments about having to unplug every reboot i had the same issue with both this and my microsoft version in the other pc you have to uncheck the power saving option in device properties
