Build quality seems fine, fast delivery and a decent price. Delivered on every aspect of my requirements. Adds better grip to take portrait photos. Shutter button still has a half press focus and full for shutter.

Does add weight but thats to be expected if you add more bulk to camera body but i perfer extra weight as it balances out 600mm lens

If you dont use genuine canon lpe17 batteries you will not receive battery life display so bear this in mind

I have 2 3rd party batteries that when used individually do show the battery level but do not when placed in this battery grip
