One suggestion is to comparative shop because now that this seed has become popular, prices vary depending on distributor. Now i am hooked. At least in my neck of the woods.
Red quinoa has a slightly stronger flavor than the golden quinoa. Quinoa is one of the blessings of a diabetic struggle to find foods that don't kill the carb limits. Very good price for this quinoa in bulk, however the shipping rate is quite high.
Delicious and nutritious. Mix it with other legumes such as lintels or wild rice.

This quinoa if full of gravel.
