Ordered this product based on a recommendation and unfortunately there was some damage on the bottle when it was received

I contacted the seller and received a response right away and by the next day the issue was rectified

The only downsides are the difficulty washing it the straw and how it doesnt come up enough for you to drink without shoving your nose into the latch and the fact that it doesnt hold the temperature even with ice put in
