    The downside was that the book did sometimes seem to go on a bit labouring across many pages to make a point which i felt made it less readable than it could have been

    I am though pleased to have discovered that some just a few of the strategies for coping susan has so eloquently described i found for myself i did manage to become a manager of an it team but only after working out a way to engage with in a productive way and then to go home and reset myself away from the hubbub in the privacy of my hobbies

    If you arent its still worth a read if you are interested in human behaviour or if you have a friend or family member you cant quite understand

    At little too american selfhelp book in a couple of places these were very occassional instances and didnt really detract from it
