I am mostly impressed by the quality of the unit and by the sturdiness of the assembled product. Seems nice and sturdy and easy to assemble. It is beautiful and sturdy!

Customer service is very good from martina. Their efforts to remedy the situation in a timely manner were so diligent that i would now consider purchasing from this company again.

It works perfectly for our 64 sedan deville and our 77 hearse. Bought this in 2020 during the lock down to create a covered area for my kid's playground. I live in high wind area so i will review this rating and review in the future if it fails.

Cons

Some of the rivets are too close to the edge of the tarp, so it is inevitable that it will tear. The cheap aluminum pipe construction is not fit to withstand stronger winds than 40 miles per hour. Both poles were staked down and tied down.

It’s because of this that i am downgrading my rating. I want my mo eyes back as this thing hasn't been able to serve me more than a month. Tried to reach customer service and no reply.

Im not paying shipping or handling or any sort of expense

My canopy had a small hole in it from shipping probably

Parts were replaced for the cost of shipping and its back up

So i contacted the seller brandline thru here and their customer service responded promptly and sent me the missing legs

I added put some cross braces from leg to leg and it made more strudy
