Cons that actually apply to most other vest systems like this as well the sloshy sound of water on your back the bubbles in your belly from drinking through a straw and the chest strap that does need retightening every so often as other reviewers stated

Be warned that when the bladder is full it fits a lil snug if you have larger boobs
