Bottles leak like crazy when you dispense so that much is wasted. Taste is intolerable for me. Found a much better subliminal b-12.

    I learned that you must try to squirt it directly under your tongue hold it for about one minute and then swallow with some sort of beverage because it tastes pretty nasty
