One example if you make a mistake in your new quicken id or you like an account and ss to an equifax lookup quicken support told me that you couldnt change or delete a quicken account and rebuild it nor could you opt out of a equifax lookup think recent breach or change the variables based on a mistake

Granted quicken may what to have a policy or limit on changes but nonthe less i was told i needed to use another email address

I upgraded from 2016 honestly because the marketing was so forceful it seemed quicken was desperate to sell this version

Quicken could be more effective in their marketing to current users if they explained how the new version is an improvement over the previous year or 2 prior versions

The only frustration i have had with the change to 2017 is having to reformat the display of data width of columns in each register

While i had to change only 1 investment account register which was then applied across all other investment accounts i have had to update the column format for each banking cash credit register

Finally the mobile app will not be useful to me until quicken finally adds the ability to have foreign currency cash accounts which sync with the desktop
