Pros

This surge protector is a premium as they come. Well packaged and quickly delivered. Everything is as described.

It charges my phone, ipad, ecig, and powers my lamp and homepod next to it. The flush plug is very nice touch. The usb outlets work great for charging our devices - especially the fast charging outlet.

"it is exactly what i needed to really reduce those power warts which are always orientated the wrong direction. These power stripes are awesome! The plastic that protects the connector, the velcro tie for cable manager and the usb ports are 2.

Cons

The usb portion of this is dead on arrival. Seems like a potential fire hazzard. Very disappointing. This is unacceptable.

Faulty, keeps shutting down so alexa says hello all night. My clock shuts off, my phone charger shuts off. On the other all of the usb ports just stopped working. Anything bulkier than a standard plug starts blocking the plugs next to it.
