They do this while keeping the calories at 180, the protein at 17 grams and only 3 grams net carbs. I am diabetic and they curb my appetite without raising my sugar. Plasma contains a lot of protein so i need to ramp it up.
The cost is high but for a craving snack it is not bad. Never hurt my stomach, or sat like a rock. If you don't want to eat but have to, these never seem hard to convince yourself to eat.
Cons
Gonna hold off on ordering the cookie dough for awhile. This appears to be old stock that amazon is offloading.
Lemon cake contains sucralose! The new formulation is gritty, oily and lacks flavor. These are hard, chewy and have an odd chemical taste.
