Pros
I like this steamer because it's easy to use. But its very noisy because its so powerful. Easy to use and follow instructions.
Cons
Steam lasts for less than 8 minutes and pretty ineffective. Given that it runs out of steam (literally) after 30 seconds shows this to be an inferior product.
Being hand held you still have to keep it plugged into mains socket which is restricting. Power of steam poor, mains lead short.
The pressure is poor, all i’m getting out is hot water not steam. The water comes out is barely lukewarm. Next day no heat &sprays cold water. Didn't clean my oven.

Bought this to defrost my freezer on top of my fridge which was in a terrible state as i had had the fridge on high in the hot weather

Easy to use used it in bathroom kitchen and took it to work used on the glass washer

I personally find the lid a bit tricky to get off you have to push it down very hard and twist the lid to open it to refill it with water

It lasts for about 15 minutes and then you have to wait for a bit for it to cool down before filling it up again

There is not a bad amount of steam but i didnt fill it to the top

The screw on lid is quite hard to get off like a bleach or tablet bottle but i think all the steam has to sprayed before it will open

I like that steam kills bugs and stearelize but the rug does not look clean
