Quercetin acts as a zinc ionophore, much like hcq. Taking these with zinc. Bring that zinc into cells and nuke the virus. Adding stinging nettles.

It has an after taste from the capsule and made me a bit nauseous. Severe acid reflux and gi stress after taking only one.
