I contacted the company from which i purchased the bed from they came to the house and took measurements and in fact stated this was a defect and they would replace at no cost to me thank goodness for a warranty

I would recommend this bed to anyone just wanted to share this defect so other can be aware

Shopped for months had purchased an all latex foam casper that was nice but too firm a beautyrest luxury firm pillow top which caved in after 3 weeks and deemed defective per the warranty and with the credit given went with the sealy hybrid

Try it i dont think you will be disappointed only if you go with too firm of a model
