Dislikes first one delivered completely broken kinda hard to push the tacs in as there is a metal backing you have to poke through felt kinda hard communicating with their customer service in regards to the broken one

I was hesitant purchasing due to some reviews i read and when the one came completely damaged ups picked up my damaged item to return to sender then redelivered it 2 days later if you need a laugh lol and it turned into this whole thing to get a new one i regreted it

Unfortunately it was way too heavy to work in my daughter’s dorm room where we could only hang things via command hook so we had to return

The only thing wrong was that the amazon listing stated it came with a mounting kit and the only thing it had was small metal things attached to the board itself
