So generally i think this is pretty much on par with what you can expect to get from a white board

There are also two bottom pieces that you put on and then screw into to secure it both top and bottom from coming off and moving

You have the option of installing or not the marker tray just be sure you do it before you mount it to the wall or you will have to take it off to install it
