    I have been taking this supplement every morning for at least 3 months and the noticeable difference is my eyes do not get tired as easily as it used to after certain amount of screen time

    Or maybe its placebo effect bottom line they are good for your eyes which can only help in the long runso i am staying with them as i spend way tooooo much time in front of screens
